What you’ll need
To apply, all you need is your W-9 info. It takes about 5 minutes on your phone. The insurance and license items below must be on file before your first payment, and you can upload them in the form or send them later.

Filled out and signed right in the application. - General liability insurance
$1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate, with Southern Construx LLC as additional insured. - Workers’ compensation
Florida statutory coverage, or a current Florida Certificate of Election to be Exempt. - Florida license
Required for licensed trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and others. - Commercial auto
$300,000 combined single limit if you drive a business vehicle to job sites.
